uninstall CIS from windows 7

Hi can anyone instruct me in simple computer terms how to uninstall Comodo Firewall when not in add/remove programs?

I am trying to update from windows 7 to 8 but it wont coz Comodo needs to be removed

Try running the unofficial Uninstaller Tool for Comodo Products in Windows Safe Mode if possible.

I will remove try to remove the non required poll for you. :wink:
