UNICODE names

Looking inside created archive 've got a mess instead of proper filenames IF NAMES OF THE BACKUPED FILES ARE NOT IN ENGLISH ! ! !
Greatly wanted UNICODE filename support ! ! !
Other bugs could be pretty smooothly overcome
