Unexpected shut down after malware removal

05/02/2007 22:18:33: PYTHONJACK MALWARE STOPPED by BOCLEAN!
Trojan horse was found in memory.
C:\WINDOWS\RAVMONE.EXE contained the trojan.
Active trojan horse WAS shut down. System now safe.

Its a good thing that BoClean did detect a malware from my friend’s USB, however, an unexpected error occured after its removal that caused BoClean to shutt off… is there any1 who can help?
