Comodo Internet Security - CIS AV False Positive/Negative Detection Reporting

The unclassified malware has been detected while screening:

 C:\Users\All Users\WildTangent\oem-eula.exe|WT034950otto.lminstall.exe
 C:\ProgramData\WildTangent\oem-eula.exe|WT034950otto.lminstall.exe

I have not been able to upload the files using the Malware/False-Positive Form, the reply from which is: The file is not valid. Please help.
