As per subject line, dhcp is disabled and this causes IE to not load a web page. When I re-enable the settings, conection to the internet is restored. I was originally trying to reduce the number of alerts. I’m using version 4.1 and it does not remember programs that I allowed before? The earlier version did not have this problem.
