unblocking an application process

I’m sure the answer is posted somewhere, but I’ve searched my time out… From within my graphics program TP, I right click on an image and select EMAIL and the process cannot complete unless I close Comodo. The error message refers to SeaMonkey, but I don’t know which rule or how to unblock this process. If I perform the same task from within Windows Explorer or other programs, it seems to work.
Can someone point me to the answer?

Well, how about not being able to share files on my wireless network? Even when I close Comodo I can view files on the other computer, but can’t copy them or use them. Does Comodo keep running in the background even when it is shut down?
