Unblock?

I blocked an .exe file by mistake. Now the blocked program won’t run. How do I unblock something. I’ve checked around in Comodo but cannot find how to do this. ???

Defence+/Advanced/Computer Security Policy

If you cannot see the blocked program check Explorer.exe /Run a executable check Blocked Applications.

Thanks for the reply. I did the first part suggested and the file was not there. The second part I do not understand.
