Unable to type when Dragon Naturally Speaking used with CIS

There is a huge conflict with Dragon Naturally Speaking and CIS8 and I cannot barely type. This happened with CIS 5 or 6.

I had to reinstall the Windows 8.1 a multitude of times trying to figure out what the problem was, until I had finally realized that the issue with Dragon NaturallySpeaking was once again the culprit. There is something peculiar with that said project and CIS8 that causes a major hatred between the two.

Now that I have somewhat finally gotten the ability to use my Dragon NaturallySpeaking to operate and post, I am able to add to this bug report.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just a gentle reminder that we do need a bug report in standards format in order to forward this to format verified and hence to QA.

We understand that you may not have the time to do this, but unfortunately will be unable to forward the issue to format verified without it.
