Unable to start .\CFP....vista 32 nor 64, on Dell I 1521, AMD 64x2, ATI X1270

I tried to install, from a previous download. - No go.

Downloaded again, after enabling java scripts, on Firefox.

Click to execute, winzip tries to open the .exe.
Tried to open as admin: Error running command .\CFP…vista 32 nor 64
Not a valid windows 32 or 64 command.

Closed Firefox.
Disabled all windows security systems.
Disabled CBOClean.
Checked uninstall options.
Ran CCCleaner.

Tried again.
No joy on 32 or 64 vista.

I’ve scoured these forums, before the last effort.
So, I’m stumped.

The only thing I didn’t do, was re-boot.
I think…

Any ideas?
I’ll show you a picture of my truck, if you fix this little issue.

It seems this is not ready for prime time.
I’ll be using another firewall.
Thanks.

You should have posted this under Comodo 3.0 help.

I get lost around here…
But, I’ll give it a try.
Thank you.

I noticed the other day, that another poster had the problem with winzip trying to open the .exe. I didn’t expect to experience the same problem.

I tried to install, from a previous download. - No go, so I deleted the original.

I’m not an expert tech, but I had Windows XP tuned pretty good.
Vista has me motivated to go to Linux.

It seems that one needs to dedicate a lot of time, with the Comodo Firewall.
Should I go with Avast, and leave it at that?

Any ideas?
I’ll show you a picture of my truck, if you get me squared away.

And, thanks to Vettetech, for pointing me to this forum.
