Unable to open V3 comodo firewall

G’day all,

      I hope someone can help me.(I am a computer novice) When i try to open comodo firewall i get a error message "can not load C;/program files/comodo/firewall/cfpres.dll please check if application installation folder has this file''.   I have been using comodo for a few months & had no issues's until now. I am running windows XP.                              Cheers Big Tee.

Hello Big Tee. Do you happen to know what the version number is of the Comodo firewall you have installed?

Try copying the files from the repair folder back to the Comodo folder.

Have you tried to open CFP as “Administrator?” (right click, then select Open as Administrator from list). Sometimes my Vista machines won’t open programs properly unless I do it that way. Don’t know why. If nothing else works you can always just do a clean uninstall, then reinstall CFP. If you need assistance with that post back.
