Unable to open backup file from FTP

Hi, thanks for a great software.

I have successfully created an backup of a folder on my PC and sent it to my ftp, that worked like a charm. However, when I try to restore from my ftp I get the following message: “Unable to open backup file”. CB does not seem to have any problems to connec to my ftp, I can see all the backupfiles on there, but it is when I choose one of the files to restore that I get the message.

Any ideas on what might be wrong?


UPDATE: I get the same message when I try to do a incremental backup to the ftp. In other words I cannot make an incremental backup to my ftp, which is a pain because I do not want to transfer a 200GB file every time I backup to my ftp.

Thanks for the debug file.
The issue is cause by an error while querying file properties.
We found a workaround and the problem will be fixed in the next release.
To restore the data you have to download the backup locally or wait for next release.

Ok, thanks! Luckily my backups where justs tests so don’t worry about them.
