"Unable to obtain necessary rights" when exporting Configurations

I am requesting a Bug Report be open on an old issue that has reappeared in Windows 7 x64 (maybe other x64 versions also).

https://forums.comodo.com/empty-t29284.0.html

I can reproduce this issue in version 3.12.111745.560 installed on Windows 7. The workaround is to disable the User Account Control (Start > Control Panel > User Accounts > Change User Account Control settings) by moving the slider to the Never notify. Not something the everyday user will know or understand how to do.

Sys Admin, please notify QA Eng to test this case. I suspect that there is a miss-communication between Comodo and W7. There is also a possibility the bug is on the MS side. Your testing will confirm which and determine the resolution.

Steps to Reproduce:
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate (v6.1.7600) x64
HAL: Version 6.1.7600.16385
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo (P9600)

Install Comodo and configure.
Close Comodo and reboot.
Right-click the “COMODO Internet Security” icon on the desktop and select “Run as administrator”.
Click “Miscellaneous”
Click “Manage my Configurations”
Click "COMODO - Antivirus Security, then click “Export…”
Choose a location to save the file. You must have full access to this location.
Type in a name in the “File name:” box, then click “Save”.
You will get the dialogue box with the error message of

“Unable to obtain necessary rights.
Please run this utility as Administrator and try again.”

I’ve got the same error with CIS 3.12.111745.560 on Windows 7 x64.

My way is without UAC disabling:
step 1. terminate CIS GUI shell - e.g. right click on CIS tray icon and choose “Exit” in pop-up menu.
step 2. start cfp.exe manually using “Run as Administrator” option (e.g. via explorer shell menu).
Then CIS configurations management would function properly.

Surely this workaround is not for the everyday user, too.
