Unable to locate license folder, please contact support.

Hi, I work with many computers and I often have the “Unable to locate license folder, please contact support.” problem.

I try to uninstall and reinstall, different version, but I’ve always the same problem.
The first time I seen is behind a proxy, now, instead, when I’ve a computer directly connected!

How to resolve the problem? Many users have it!!!

This bug is fixed in updates 1.1.o.4. Pl run updates and try again.
