I’ve been trying to install VPN software but the installer always freezes about half way thru, no AV alerts or indications why this is happening.
I tried with hotspot shield and proVPN both failed, to be honest im stumped ??? any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.
Also any thoughts on effective, cheap or even better free VPN’s or proxies would also be appreciated,

I had initially tried these links, turns out the behavior blocker in webroot didnt like them :-[
resulting in corrupted installs.
anyway took a while but after a bit of editing hotspot shield now up and running

ok is hotspot shield supposed to hide your IP?
when i check on http://www.whatsmyip.org/more-info-about-you/ it shows all my correct details ???

It works fine for me. When I check it gives me a different id.
Did you say that you’re running WebRoot? Perhaps that’s messing with the program. Try disabling that and see what happens.

noticed defense + had blocked several intrusions…
turns out I had forgotten to remove system32 and sysWOW64 from protected files after doing some testing recently 88)
all good now
