I scanned my registry and 6 errors were found (File Extensions). I gave the command to clean
registry. After that, a message popped up that said,
"Status: "6 errors not deleted, some keys are in use..."
What does that mean???

That means some program was using those parts (keys) of the registry. If something is using those keys, I guess it would be best to not try and get them deleted anymore.
