Unable to create sandbox exception [solved]

Hello,

I just installed the latest Comodo a couple days ago. Now I can’t run my backup batch file. I am on Windows XP.

All that is in the backup batch file is a bunch of xcopy commands that copy to another hard drive. All I see is “access denied” scrolling. Then I get a comodo sandbox alert that cmd.exe is running in the sandbox.

I have tried answering “DO NOT RUN THIS APPLICATION INSIDE THE SANDBOX AGAIN” and saving the answer many times. I have created ALLOW rules in the firewall for both the batch file and cmd.exe. No change.

Please assist.
