Unable to connect to a Comodo user

When I email a Comodo user, in order for my message to go thru, I am asked to enter a provided password in my reply to a ‘verification’ message. The only problem is, there is no password where it is supposed to be. I am at a loss as to how to communicate with this person.

Hopefully, someone here can provide a solution . . .



I’m guessing that they’re using Comodo Antispam for this (right?), so can you post this in the antispam part of the forums - so you can be helped better.
