Unable to connect connection failed auth error (solved)

Just posting this so it might help some one else, hope it isn’t posted already. I couldn’t connect through TrustConnect even though I entered my password correctly. Here is what I did: Logged into my account https://accounts.comodo.com/ clicked on TrustConnect at the top and then clicked “Change Service Password” on the right side. I changed my password and tried to connect again using TrustConnect this time no error and successfully connected. :slight_smile:
