Unable to capture screenshots of sandboxed window and second monitor

CIS latest version 10.0.1.6258
Win 7

For some reason some of the windows of the sandboxed program can’t be screenshotted.
The second monitor is completely black. Nothing could be captured.
It happened after the new CIS was installed.
Does anyone know why and how to fix it? Thank you.

I don’t want to uninstall it simply because of this :(, but this bug is very annoying. >:(
When is it going to be fixed?

You could try to uninstall Secure Shopping if it interferes with your work in the meantime.
