Unable to access updates

Hi all. I have recently downloaded COMODO Internet Security and so far I’m impressed. I do have one large issue though and I’m afraid that if it isn’t resolved I’ll have to move back to zonelabs :frowning:

Is there any other way of updating other than doing it via the “Update Virus Database” within the program? I’m on a large UK-based University network and very occasionally this can sometimes cause problems when applications try to do certain things (like update).

If You Have Any Other PC With The Updated Database, You Can Copy The File Bases.cav (c:\program files\comodo\comodo internet security\scanner) From That PC and Copy To The PC Where You Would Like To Update In Safe Mode. Restart The PC And The DB Will Be Updated.
