UDP and TCP

Hello :Beer;

i would like to find out where i can change rules for UDP und TCP Ports. Can’t find it nowhere.
though i might be from germany…my english should be good enough to understand Comodo and how it works.but this time…i am over the top with findin’ out where i can change those rules.

for anykind of help i would be very thankfull (R)

The attached screenshot shows where Network Rules are. Open firewall, click security and then network monitor.
