Two problems

  1. When I started up windows xp, the User Profile DB maker was running while the Spy Sweeper was starting up. However, the system crashed and I have to scan in safe mode.

  2. Look at the submited file. When I cilck on the folder, the menu won’t pop up unless there was a balloon showing how many files left to sumbit. When I click delete, the list is gone and the file submission won’t respond.

Hello,

  1. When in safe mode were you able to fix this issue so you can boot regularly now?

  2. Do you have Internet Explorer 7 installed? I had an issue similar to this except non of the CAVS windows would popup when I needed them to.
