Two Instances at Startup

When I boot up Windows XP, I see two BOClean icons in the tray, and a check of applications running show two instances have been started. I only installed the program once. Also, I tried NOT having BOClean start at bootup, and this prevents BOTH instances from starting up. Grrrr.

I can shut down one instance and the other continues to run. I do this upon every boot up… sort of a pain.

Do I have to uninstall and reinstall to fix this? Have you ever heard of this before?

There is mention of this issue in the on-line help file (See thread in this forum). I think it said something about having to re-install, but you should read the on-line help - it deals with this specifically.
