Two IE8 icons - 1 sandboxed, 1 not.

I would like to create two icons on the desktop.

When I click icon #1, Internet Explorer 8 launches normally.

When I click icon #2, Internet Explorer 8 launches, but protected by CIS’s sandbox.

Is this possible?
