Two firewall pop-ups at every boot.

Every single time I boot, starting about a month ago, I get 2 firewall messages. They claim to be “Windows OS” so an exact process name cannot be determined. If I block the requests, I have no internet. Period. Can’t even reconnect local network drives. If I allow them, I have internet as expected, however they seem like strange IPs/ports to me, and they’re often different. Can anyone shed some light on this? Is this something new in Windows causing this, or might I have a virus?

These are the IPs from the last few boots:
224.0.0.252 UDP port 5355
74.125.142.108 TCP port 995
