Since I have downloaded the Comodo Internet Security program, can I still keep my AVG antivirus program on my computer, or will the two antivirus programs conflict with each other? I am not a computer expert and so asking this basic question
Running two AV programs on-access is not advisable. However, one on-access and the other on-demand usually is ok.
If you do use another AV solution for on-demand scans only, it’s not a bad idea to disable the real-time AV feature of the other AV. That way the real-time scanner isn’t also trying to scan each file the on-demand scanner is scanning.
