G’day,

Have you tried adding an application rule for your FTP app? If everything goes OK with the FW off, adding a rule should fix the issue.

Its not a FTP program, its a web browser. For example, trying to upload a file to http://www.zshare.net doesn’t work even though my browser is allowed complete access to the Internet.
