Hi. I am getting the auto update box but when I try to update I get the message: - Error 102 Not able to create temp file on disc, check there is enough hard disc space. My hard drive has plenty of space so there’s no problem there. Also when I click on help it briefly flashes in the background but nothing comes on screen. XP Sp2 x64. Thanks for any help.
Sounds like a rights issue. Are you working as limited user?

Yes that was the problem. I tried running as Administrator but for some reason (password problem probably) I couldn’t. I then unticked the “restricted access” box and it worked. Thanks again.
