Trying to delete one of 4 online accounts that I have set up with Comodo Online backups but cannot find any procedure or steps to do this. I no longer use this account and want to save a few dollars every month. Invoice, that I get sent every month, states that I need to email subscriptions@comodo.com but haven’t heard anything from them. Can anybody let me know what I need to do here? Thanks in advance.
UPDATE: Tried to use Comodo’s support site at support.comodo.com. Had to generate an account there and create a ticket. No luck there and hadn’t received a response from there in over 3 days. However, got a reply from subscriptions@comodo.com stating that they will forward my cancellation request to the accounting department. Took about 1 1/2 days to get a reply but at least it’s a start. I will post additional updates but if anybody else has anything they would like to add, I’m sure it will help.
