Trusted zone not required ?

I am behind a router and a wireless accesss point ( for my wife’s laptop) is also connected.
As we don’t have/want file and printer sharing a trusted zone was of course not created (no network). Question should I create one anyway ?

If its working as it is, then IMHO I wouldn’t. The extra resource hit (CPU usage, etc…) on both your systems with the additional services required isn’t worth it if you’re not going to use it. It would just slow both systems down.

Thanks kail. Come to think of it, it was a rather silly question.

Given that you’ve got a wireless access point involved, I would recommend reading through pandlouk’s post about securing your WiFi,6167.msg45481.html#msg45481. Many thanks ! Have done so and asked a question.
