On Win 7 64 I had installed CIS 5…1216 Version & Win XP 32 CIS 5…1236. Win 7 CIS 1216 was updated to 1236. The TVL in CIS on Win 7 has few more vendors than the XP CIS, why???

They might have been added to the local TVL from TVL in cloud, if you have some applications signed by vendors in cloud TVL. 
Its not so. I dont have any such apps. Any other info?
