Troubles with tablet PC connection

When TEXET TM-7025 (Android 4.0.3) is being USB connected to my PC (Windows 7 SP1 Ultimate) it causes PC HDD hanging up. Windows is trying to find those two discs of the tablet, but fails. System generates errors by the hundreds. Nothing to do but pressin reset button. Total uninstalling CIS helps a lot. With no CIS installed tablet and PC connetced well and everything is ok - I can copy files freely, no error occur. Though I need CIS! Maybe it’s possible to install CIS just for a single Windows user account (and the other accounts thus will be free from Comodo), may it not? Or is there any other suggestion?

What is the message you see in Event Viewer? It may be one or two error recurring over and over again.

Do the D+ logs give us an insight here?

D+ event log as usual shows nothing special. By the way I deleted CIS at 2015.01.12 with the tool and reinstalled it short after.

And maybe this will be helpful as well

I see various errors logged when looking at the Windows logs.

My advice for now is to run checkdisk. First let it test for file system errors only. When that doesn’t help then scan with “scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors”.

Let us know if that makes a difference or not.

No difference.
Now I filtered error list so as there are only errors sctrictly connected to the issue with the tablet bad cconnection in it.
Especially look at DriverFrameworks-UserMode 10111 critical - The device G:\ (location unknown) is offline due to a user-mode driver crash. Windows will attempt to restart the device 5 more times.
Definitely it’s not PC HDD that prevents to establish connection because of its errors. I forgot to tell that in safe mode the tablet and the PC are the best frends just as in the case as no CIS installed.

I think we are looking at a bug here.

If you have the time and energy please consider filing a bug report in the Bug Reports - CIS board following the format as described in FORMAT & GUIDE - just COPY/PASTE it!.

Reporting of bugs is strictly moderated to make sure Comodo gets clear bug reports. So, please make sure you closely follow protocol. That way your report will certainly be seen by Comodo staff.
