Trouble connecting to internet (Solved)

Comodo Internet Security - CIS Firewall Help - CIS

Hi,
When I try to connect to the internet, it takes a long time or fails to connect at all.
I found that if I turn off Comodo Firewall, the connection goes through immediately
without any problem.
The firewall is currently set to safe mode.
Browser: IE9.
Antivirus: Avast.

This seems like a very simple problem that has probably been addressed before,
but I have been unable to find any mention of it in FAQ or other posts.
Any help would be appreciated.

1 . What OS at you?
2 . If it is possible a screenshot - Global rules.
3 . Main thing. Comodo FW is established by the first. (Disconnect DNS Comodo). Second Avast. Add Comodo and Avast to each other in exceptions.
4 . After the Comodo FW installation - will be requests of a network, for connection.

Exceptions have been setup for both programs.

This page is shown when I try to connect to the internet.

I’m not sure I understand your advise,
Do you want me to uninstall both programs,
or just prevent them from connecting to the server?

Simply from my experience:
First is installed in OS - Comodo FW.
The second is installed in OS - Avast.
If you to installed the first Avast and then Comodo, probably Avast didn’t allow to be established correctly Comodo.
P.S. Look what you use DNS? ( Off - if the DNS Comodo).
Turn on the DNS of your Internet Service Provider.

You are correct, I did install Avast before I installed Comodo FW.

I followed the instructions in the link
and restarted my pc. The result was the same.

Sorry, I’m not very tech savvy.
Would reinstalling them in the correct order resolve the problem?

You are connected via WiFi ?

Do you have a Global Rule in Comodo FW - Connect your WiFi network?
If nothing helps. Perhaps you need to reinstall the adapter driver.

I have finished reinstalling Comodo FW with out the DNS.
Everything works fine now.
Thank you very much for your help and patience!

I think I will install Comodo antivirus now, instead of Avast.
(It will probably work with Comodo FW a little better)
