Thank you for reporting this. As the diagnostics file failed to save the report, it’s possible that there is a problem with the CIS installation. To rule that out please try reinstalling by following the advice provided in this post.

Please let me know if the problem continues, even after reinstalling by following those steps.

Thanks.

Dear Liron

Many thanks for your report in standard format

I will move to format verified, however it is possible that the devs will not process this issue without a video, so please append one if you can

A screenshot of your Killswitch process list take after this issues has occurred may also be helpful

Best wishes

Mike

Also just to check. I assume you do not mean service pack = 0 ?

If you mean this version of Windows has never been updated, please apply SP1 update and update to latest versions of all files using Windows update and then retest.

QA have asked:

  1. Just after this issue has occurred, could you take a screenshot of task manager with the option ‘show processes for all users’ selected. You can invoke task manager by right clicking on a blank are of the stak bar.

  2. Can you also please confirm whether, just after this issues has occurred, you can start CIS from a start menu shortcut.

Kind regards

Mouse

Hello,

After few times that I tried to reproduce the bug it finally happened:

  1. I switched the power plan from “High performance” to “Power saver” (AC cord connected)
  2. Hibernate my computer
  3. After 12 hours I turned on my computer (AC cord disconnected)
  4. CIS and widget running at start up.
  5. Windows suggested to switch to saving-power GPU (at this point I still didn’t selected to switch) then few seconds later widget disappear. CIS tray icon still appear. few second later also CIS tray disappear. (“Untitled” screenshot).

Didn’t made video, I thought the problem will not occurred again… sorry…
I also wanted to screenshot with KillSwitch but I could not download it from comodo servers (the download stuck at 0 MB).
I also forgot to screenshot task manager with “show all users” selected. I will do it when the next time it will happened.
I can run CIS again from the start menu.
I have service pack 0 and I cant install 1 because of limits with modulated graphics driver card.
