Hi,
My business partner and I are looking to aquire a website that uses a Comodo Secure Certificate to authenticate credit card transactions.
If we obtain the company nothing will alter with regards to the site, other than new owners.
My question is simple; do we have to obtain a new SSL because of the change of ownership, or is the SSL locked to the site and therefore all we will have to do is change the ownership details held by Comodo?
