Everytime I try to order tickets on the Ticketmaster website, I can’t because the security words don’t show for me to type in. I never had this problem before I started using Comodo, so I’m assuming there’s something in the firewall that’s preventing the words from appearing. Can anyone help me with this problem? Thank you-

are you runnning “noscript” progran or anything similar

I don’t believe so…as I said, I never had this problem before I started using Comodo. They have advised me to try disabling it. I haven’t had a chance to try that yet. I will this week and let everyone know how I make out.

If using comodo, try disabling sandbox (If that version of comodo has sandbox), if that doesn’t work. Then try disabling “Defence +” <—That one requires restarting the computer

Are you using firefox. If using the new firefox beta version (like 4.0 and up).
Remember firefox-plugin.exe) is OK to go online <—It’s called something like that

If you don't know what that is, then you didn't install the add-on for firefox. It would have a small picture of the letter "S" on the bottom right side of the screen. <--Don't worry about it then :)
