Threat found with ESET NOD32 v3 - False Positive? [Solved]

I do virus scans once a month and this popped up any idea if its a false positive? I would like a staff member to comment on this if at all possible so I can be sure it’s safe.

Please submit the file to ESET so they can examine and remove it from detection.
