This web site does not supply identity information

Hi,
I’ve noticed a couple of SSL related errors on a site, which uses a Comodo certificate, I’ve recently started work on. One is the old secure/insecure content on this page, which I’ll be on to just as soon as I finish posting this, the other I’m not sure about.

In Firefox the owner is reported as “This web site does not supply identity information”, verified by “Not specified”. I think that fixing the first issue will stop the broken padlock icon on its own but I can’t help thinking that this lack of information might put some people off completing their purchases.

The full address is happily reported in both IE and Safari. What can I do (if anything) to have the correct details displayed in those fields?

Admins: my email domain is the same as the affected website should you need to confirm for yourself.

Just remember all content on the page (Scripts, images and objects) need to be referenced via HTTPS.

That's because of the broken padlock. Here's the Mozilla article that explains things a little more.

This is why you can use our trust logos on your page to bolster your customer’s confidence.

Thanks Sal,
I’d pretty much reached the same conclusion. The security logos we have are very outdated. I’ve fixed the insecure content as I knew what that was anyway, good to know that the second issue is also a symptom of this.
All fixed in the repo, just waiting for an update to get the changes live.
Cheers
