The Orange "Needs Attention" and "Fix It!" button.

I just reinstalled CIS and disable the stuff I don’t like/don’t use.
Stuff like Auto-Sandbox, Viruscope, Website Filter, etc.
All I want is an AntiVirus and a Firewall, none of the other stuff.

It says Multiple Protections disabled next to the “Fix It!” button.
After clicking “Fix It!”, the Sandbox turns back on and I want it off.

Is it possible to have these disabled and not have status “Needs Attention” [call the best buy geeksquad]?

How can I make the “Needs Attention” and “Fix It!” button go away while keeping my setup how I want it?
