The network firewall is not working properly [NBZ]

Hi,

I have installed on Windows 7 SP1 x64, the x64 version of the firewall in version 5.3.181415.1237.

The installation itself has been going extremely long (depends on sign of innovations) and after restarting a red icon in the tray notification, the present … The network firewall is not working properly!

Clicking on diagnostic says I also have a problem but this can not be repaired …

The bug/issue

  1. What you did: Installed Comodo Firewall x64 version in version 5.3.181415.1237 on my Thinkpad x201 with Windows 7 x64

  2. What actually happened or you actually saw: During the Install it takes a long time at the step: “depends on sign of innovations” German: “Anmelden für Neuerungen”

  3. What you expected to happen or see: Too long install…

  4. How you tried to fix it & what happened: After reboot the meesage pops up “Network firewall is not working properly!” klicked on diagnostic and repair…cannot repair…

  5. If its an application compatibility problem have you tried the application fixes here?:No

  7. Whether you can make the problem happen again, and if so exact steps to make it happen: Reinstall same problem…

  17. Defense+, Sandbox, Firewall & AV security levels: D+=normal, Sandbox=off , Firewall =not working , AV =not installed

  18. OS version Windows 7 , service packSP1, number of bits64, UAC setting, & account type:UAC off, AdminAccount

  19. Other security and utility software installed:Non AntiVirus programm install for testing this

  20. Virtual machine used (Please do NOT use Virtual box):No, error happens in real system
