After installing a new networked Brother printer, I was having problems printing with ZoneAlarm enabled. And I could not get any practical help.

So I sourced for an alternate firewall product and discovered Comodo. The same printing problem persisted. But help was just a mouse click away with GeekBuddy.

Keith came online, asked to do a remote connection, ran some diagnostics on my systems and verified that I had done the right things as available on the regular setup menus. So he installed a diagnostic tool from Brother which identified and fixed the problem.
