Terminated a connection accidentally, how to re-allow it?

Hi!

I accidentally terminated “system” since it seemed to cause a lot of traffic and I became suspicious. After termination I realized that it was traffic inside my home network (file sharing). Now my home network stopped working. How to I un-terminate this traffic?
