Tech Support not available via email or phone!!!?????? what gives?

I have tried for hours now to reach someone in support to have them send us a recently ordered certificate in Netscape Chain Format. We have a customer waiting as the turnaround time is usually a couple minutes. Has Support gone away for the holiday or something? I’m not raising anyone!

Please help as we need to get this cert installed!
