I downloaded an msi for a diagramming package and have just seen the above against it in my
Defence+Events log.

Is it malicious or innocent.
Did it do any harm i.e. did localsecurityauthority ACTUALLY shutdown
just before that there’s an entry saying the msi is sandboxed as partially limited.
I had to download a license and a signature art file.

Any light thrown on this much appreciated
