Port 445 is the SMB (Server Message Block) along with some other ports is used for files and printers sharing, so if you aren’t sharing files and \ or printers with local network, I think it is best to block incoming connections to this port. Better yet, set Stealth Port wizard to block all incoming conections and allow only incoming ports needed to you (like utorrent or ftp server, if you’re using them) in the global rules.
