System trying to receive a connection from internet
i get this alert
the ip is similar to my ip
though the last byte is different
should i block it or allow it

I can surf normally even when I block it
What could it be ?

another user who is using the same internet service and local operator in my area??

Can you post a screenshot of the firewall logs where this event got logged? The logs are under Firewall -->Common Tasks → View Firewall alerts.

What connection are you on ADSL,Cable, etc…? Do you have a router present in your network?
