System Status Error

Comodo’s tray icon always has a stop (no entry) icon next to it. When i open up the comodo summary it says:

"
System Status
The network firewall is not functioning properly!
Please run the diagnostics utility to fix the problem.
"

When i run the utility it finds nothing and says comodo is okay.
I have looked on fourms and tried almost every fix given to me and none of them seem to work. I also know that its a possible fix because i managed to fix it on this computer last install, i remember having the same problem at install. Now i cant seem to fix it!

  1. Version of our Products
    Comodo Internet Security 3.8.64263.468
    Downloaded from here:
    http://www.personalfirewall.comodo.com/download_firewall.html

  2. Complete system details such as OS with service pack

Mocrosoft Windows Xp Professional x64 edition version 2003 Service Pack 1

Please don’t recommend updating, because I have made some modifications to
the OS that won’t work well with SP2.
Some of these modifications include: some services that I have taken out
such as ‘Terminal Services’ witch i read in one forum that Comodo needs, but
why, and is that my problem?

Asus p5e3 deluxe wifi-ap
Intel Core 2 Quad CPU
2gb DDR3 ram
ExvelStor Technology j9250s 232gb sata hdd
various other hdd’s that shound interfere with comodo.

  1. Other Security software’s installed in the system is in use

None, I am currently on a fresh install of this OS. I am within my first 2
days of installing it. I have installed no other security software that
should interfere with it.

  1. Also send error screen shot

Here is the first screen shot

And this is what happens when I run the diagnostics utility

You are using Windows server 2003 and that is not supported.

Other than that I can only suggest a clean install. Can you install in XP compatibility mode under Server 2003 (this is a long shot)?

No, i am using xp professional 64 bit edition. The modifications i made has hijack this report it as 2003. I said this in my post.

It’s not just an issue of 2003. It’s also happening in Vista Ultimate. There’s something seriously wrong with the program.
