System Restarts

I just installed Comodo firewall (I am presently using Zone Alarm Pro and yes, it is the latest version) and when I attempted to sync my Cingular 8525 my system restarts. When my system starts up, I closed Zone Alarm and run Comodo as a stand alone each time I crashed. My OS is XP Pro with SP2. I was unable to keep my system running with Comodo (could not even use Firefox) so I had to uninstall it. The S/W looks pretty functional and easier to configure than Zone Alarm but I cannot survive all the restarts. Suggestions?

Are you running both firewalls installed at the same time?

If you are that is probably the problem as stuff from both firewalls could still be running even when you close them
