system not booting after manually uninstalling comodo antivirus

Hi,
I manually uninstalled the comodo antivirus thru the control panel. Now wat is happening is, when I am booting my system, windows installer is trying to install comodo again but it is not finding the set up file. As a result the system is hanging.It does not even show the desktop. Please suggest a solution to this problem.

Try booting in Safe Mode and run the following script (made for XP):https://forums.comodo.com/install_setup_configuration_help/cleanup_tool_for_comodo_internet_security-t36499.0.html;msg259617#msg259617 .

To boot into Safe Mode start pushing F8 towards the end of the BIOS routine. You will get a screen with boot options. Choose Safe Mode (either with or without network support). When in Safe Mode run the script.
