Synchronization

I have a question about synchronization. I checked this in “Setting”:

“Synchronize these files or folders when restoring system to another snapshots.”

and I added one folder but this folder has a lot of sub folders. Are sub folders also synchronized?

Yes, All files in this folder and all sub folders in it will be synchronized.
